Picturing the Bronx On Film

Tuesday, September 20th at 6:30 pm at the Museum of the City of New York

Join a panel of photographers and scholars with decades of experience working and living in the Bronx to explore how the borough has been photographed from the mid-20th century to the present. Michael Kamber will lead a discussion inspired by the enduring legacy of Bronx-born photographer and educator Mel Rosenthal, who mentored generations of young photographers and helped incubate much of the activist photography of the 1980s and beyond.
