There is a growing public awareness of, and concern about, surveillance at all levels, from personal data mining to government and corporate spying and tracking. Artists, scientists, and scholars will discuss the impact of surveillance on their personal practices and on our daily navigation of physical and digital spaces.

Moderator Sandra Skurvida is an independent curator, writer, and scholar; she teaches at FIT. Her practice in transnational contemporary art intersects with political discourse and policy.
Presented by the students of the Art Market program at the School of Graduate Studies, Class of 2016. For more information, please visit our website at fitnyc.edu/snowed-in
